Program Overview
The STBX Client Value Program is a structured incentive for Stobox clients and strategic partners who invest in STBX, also referred to as the Stobox Security Token, representing tokenized equity in Stobox.
Participants receive:
STBX security tokens, granting shareholder rights under the applicable offering terms, and
Non-cash service credits equal to 30% of the investment amount, applicable to Stobox products and services.
This program is designed to align long-term equity participation with immediate operational value, allowing investors to both own and actively use Stobox’s regulated tokenization infrastructure.
What Is Stobox Security Token (STBX)
STBX is a regulated security token representing tokenized shares of Stobox, issued and managed through Stobox’s compliant digital asset infrastructure.
Key characteristics:
Represents equity ownership in Stobox
Implemented as a blockchain-based security token
Subject to KYC/AML, KYB (for entities), and jurisdictional eligibility rules
Accessible through Stobox 4, Stobox’s regulated tokenization and investor management platform
STBX enables shareholders to participate in Stobox’s growth using a transparent, auditable, and fully digital ownership model.
Client Value Allocation (30%)
When an eligible investor acquires STBX / Stobox Security Token under this program:
100% of the investment amount is allocated to STBX equity tokens
30% of the investment amount is additionally allocated as service credits.

STBX received: USD 100,000 equivalent in STBX
Service credits received: USD 30,000
Credit validity: Until the end of winter 2026
Use of Service Credits
Service credits may be applied toward Stobox-delivered products and services, including:
Stobox 4 Platform
Platform subscription
Security token issuance
Additional tokenized projects
Dividends and corporate actions modules
Implementation, onboarding, and project management services delivered directly by the Stobox team
Credit Usage Rules
Credits are denominated 1 credit = 1 USD.
Up to 30% of each Stobox invoice may be paid using credits.
The remaining invoice balance must be settled through standard payment methods.

Important Limitations
Service credits are non-transferable and allocated exclusively to the investing entity
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalents.
In the event of investment cancellation or refund, unused credits are voided.
Credits apply only to services delivered directly by Stobox.
External legal advisors, third-party providers, custodians, and government fees are excluded.
The program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly approved in writing.
Compliance Requirements
Participation in the STBX Client Value Program requires:
Active registration on Stobox 4.
Successful completion of KYC / AML / KYB verification.
Compliance with all jurisdictional and regulatory eligibility requirements.
Formal acceptance of the STBX / Stobox Security Token offering documentation.
How to Participate
To participate in the STBX Client Value Program:

Complete identity and compliance verification
Confirm eligibility for participation in the Stobox Security Token offering
Submit your investment request
Contact the Stobox team via the internal Stobox 4 chat to confirm enrollment in the Client Value Program
All confirmations, allocations, and operational communication are handled exclusively within Stobox 4.

Do not provide ownership, profit rights, voting rights, or claims beyond those expressly associated with STBX under the Offering Documents
