Participants receive: * STBX security tokens, granting shareholder rights under the applicable offering terms, and * Non-cash service credits equal to 30% of the investment amount, applicable to Stobox products and services. This program is designed to align long-term equity participation with immediate operational value, allowing investors to both own and actively use Stobox’s regulated tokenization infrastructure. *** ### What Is Stobox Security Token (STBX) **STBX** is a regulated security token representing tokenized shares of Stobox, issued and managed through Stobox’s compliant digital asset infrastructure.
