# Investor Portal Setup Once you have added the DNS records of your Investor Portal to your domain registrar, you are good to proceed with filling in the information in your Investor Portal tab of the Stobox 4 Business Space and create a landing page for your project. Put simply, the Investor Portal is your selling point. It is what your investors will see on social media when you market your offering. It is where the investors will check your project. It is where they invest. Investor Portal consists of the Main Page and additional pages for each of your new projects, i.e., tokens. Here, we will explain the Main Page and its requirements. **SEO title** Limit: 100 characters It is visible if you hover your mouse over the page tab in your browser. **SEO description** Limit: 1024 characters **SEO image** Requirements: Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp Size: up to 5 Mb each **Favicon image (page logo)** Requirements: Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp Size: up to 5 Mb each Aspect ratio: 1:1 (square) **Keywords** Enter the keyword, add a space, and click **Enter** to add it. Repeat for the rest of the keywords. *** #### **Public page content** *These and the following sections are what your investors will actually see on your Investor Portal.*
**Page title** *This is a heading on your page.* Limit: 100 characters **Page description** *This is where you can tell about your company.* Limit: 1024 characters **Company logo** Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp Size: up to 5 Mb each Aspect ratio: 1:1 (square) **Promo image** Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp Size: up to 5 Mb each Aspect ratio: 16:9 (wide) **Contact URL** *Here, you can add a link to a contact form of yours or the link of the emailto: type.* Note that the email link will not work if the user doesn't have a mailing app on their device. So we suggest looking at the contact form option. Feel free to inform your investors of the email . {% endhint %} *** #### **Highlights** *Add the highlights of your company, e.g., how it stands out among the competitors, what perks the holders of your tokens will have, etc.* {% hint style="info" %} The maximum number of highlights to show is six. {% endhint %}
**Title** Name of the section. E.g., *Investor Perks*. **Description** Add here the description of what this section is about. E.g., *This is what you get if you buy and hold our tokens.* Alternatively, you can leave it blank. **Highlight # 1** **Title** Name your highlight. E.g., *Stable, Long-Term Returns.* **Priority** Specify its number in the list of highlights. E.g., if you put 1, that highlight will be listed first. **Description** Add a bit more detailed text about the highlight. E.g., *Developments are designed to generate consistent income and long-term appreciation through high-quality construction, strategic locations, and strong rental demand.* {% hint style="info" %} Click **Add Highlight** to add one. Click the **trash bin logo** to delete one. {% endhint %} *** #### **Team** Show your team to the world and your potential investors.
**Team name** Name this section on your Investor page. **Team description** Tell people a bit about your team. **Team member # 1** **Image** Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp Size: up to 5 Mb each **Name** Name of your team member. **Position** Position of your team member in the company. **Social media # 1** Usually, the LinkedIn link is added here. Click the **trash bin logo** to delete one. {% endhint %} *** #### **Public files** *This section allows you to upload the documents related to your company, which are available for viewing and downloading to anyone.* It can be your pitch deck, presentations, etc. Format: .pdf, .doc, .docx Size: up to 5 Mb each *** #### **Private files** *This section allows you to upload the documents related to your company, which are available **only for those who are registered, verified on Stobox 4, have a DID**, and logged into your Investor Portal.* *If a registered but unverified person without a DID logs into your Investor Portal, they will not see that section.* Here you can upload your financials, audits, i.e., the documents that help serious investors review your company and do their due diligence. We also recommend adding the payment details for fiat investors and any relevant instructions in this section. {% hint style="info" %} We highly recommend asking your investors to indicate their email address or a DID code in the comment for the payment, and contact you with the payment confirmation, so you know about the upcoming payment and have the necessary details to record the fiat investment and send security tokens accordingly when the payment arrives {% endhint %} Format: .pdf, .doc, .docx Size: up to 5 Mb each *** #### **Social media links** *Add any available social links so your investors can learn more about you.* Supported social media: Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (former Twitter), YouTube. You can also add any other link under Own website. *** #### **Footer links** *Basically duplicated the Social media links section but places the links in the footer, i.e., the bottom of the website.* Supported social media: Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (former Twitter), YouTube.
