Mint a Token
Issuing a security token in the Stobox 4 Business Space, also known as minting, does not require any technical knowledge; it is a simple, few-click process.
Note that the token properties are taken from Phase 4 of your tokenization framework.
Once the token is minted, you cannot reissue it.
To mint a token, you must have your
KYC approved and DID created for your personal Stobox 4 account
KYB approved and DID created for your company
Tokenization framework approved
Some ETH ARB on your Stobox 4 Wallet - Crypto to pay the gas fee.
Use this guideline to deposit it. 0.00025ETH is enough.
Step 1. Sign the Token Issuance Specification.
In your Projects, click the Sign the Token Issuance Specification (TIS).
On our Demo, we will show you the process with our Demo Jewelry Project.

A pop-up message will load.

And a document will load for you to review and sign. It is essentially a copy of your tokenization framework.

Scroll down and tick the "I have read and agree to the Token Issuance Specification" box.
Click the Sign TIS File button.

Check your email for a confirmation code, then paste it into the pop-up to confirm your action.

Wait for the file to be signed.

The Token Issuance Certificate is successfully signed and generated.

This is how the project looks at this point.

Step 2. Generate Token Contract
Click the Generate Token Contract button and see the information about the next steps.

Click Approve and Continue to see the Token Deployment Certificate. It contains information about the asset and the token properties.

Same as with the TIS,
Scroll the message down and tick the "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the terms of the Token Development Agreement" box.
Click the Proceed to Token Deployment button to proceed.

Please wait while the smart contract is being created.

Congratulations! You have just issued your security token's smart contract.

Step 3. Get the Token Deployment Certificate
Click the Generate Tokenization Certificate.

Once it is done, you will see the following success screen.

You can click OK and stay on the current page.
Alternatively, you can click Visit Token Page and see the Token Management Page.
Here is how the project page looks now.

You can click the View TIS or View TDC buttons to view and download both TIS and TDC documents at any moment.
Clicking the token's ticker (STDEMO in our case) will bring you to the Token Management Page.
The Token Management Page looks like this.

Step 4. Mint the Initial Supply of Your Tokens
You can mint the tokens now or later. The tokens must be issued before you publish your offering.
Now that the smart contract of your token is created, you can issue tokens, each of which will have the properties described in Phase 4 of your tokenization framework and embedded into the smart contract.
Please note that you can issue no more tokens than the initial supply you indicated in yourr tokenization framework.
In the Token Management page, click the Mint button.
Enter the amount of tokens to mint, less than or equal to your initial supply, indicated in Phase 4 of the tokenization framework. For your convenience, you can see the initial supply amount on the screen. Click Next: Security Verification.

Check your email for a confirmation code, then paste it into the pop-up to confirm your action.

Wait and confirm the transaction in the pop-up message at the top right by clicking Sign.


Wait a bit while the tokens are minted. You will see this success screen.

Congratulations! You have minted your tokens!
The minted tokens are located on a special smart contract called Treasury.

Treasury is where not only your security tokens are stored, but also the USDC you raise from investors.
Your Investor Portal now displays the new token
