# Publish and Activate the Offering

Once your offering form is approved, you will see it in the Token Management page - Token Offerings.

The last steps on the way to lauch your offering is to deploy it and activate.

#### Deploy the offering

Deploying means publishing the offering online, so your investors or website visitors can see it on your Investor Portal.

Publishing doesn't mean people can invest. Activation is required.

To publish the offering,&#x20;

1. Click the Deploy the Offering button.
2. Read the information and click the Publish Token Offering

3. Wait while the offering is being published.

**Important!**

If the offering is not activated, investors won't be able to participate even when the start date and time arrive.

#### Activate the offering

Activating the offering allows your investors to participate once the start date and time arrive.

Please consider time zones when informing your investors of the offering start date and time.

In your Token Offerings tab, click the Activate the Offering button.

The token page on your Investor Portal doesn't change, but when the start date and time of the offering arrive, investors can participate in it.
