Key Data
Indicate the following information:
How many tokens do you plan to sell on that offering or offering round
What is the price per token
Do you have a soft cap? If yes, indicate the soft cap amount in USD.
The Soft Cap is the minimum funding required for the offering to proceed legally. If the soft cap is not met by the offering end date, you, the issuer, must initiate the refund process to return committed funds to investors.
Accepted stablecoins
If you plan to also accept fiat, upload the payment details and detailed instructions for any kind of bank transactions, including overseas, to the Private Files section of your Investor Portal.
We highly recommend asking your investors to indicate their email address or a DID code in the comment for the payment, and contact you with the payment confirmation, so you know about the upcoming payment and have the necessary details to record the fiat investment and send security tokens accordingly when the payment arrives
Start date and time
End date and time
You can not extend the date
Scheduling a Round does not automatically activate it. You are required to manually switch it on before it goes live and becomes accessible for participation.
