Intro
Stobox 4 is a regulated tokenization platform for businesses and individuals. It’s backed up by Fireblocks and uses KYC, KYB, and KYT services by Sumsub.
This guideline describes the most comfortable and quick investment process and will be updated with the platform over time.
Video guideline is available here>>>
Before proceeding, be sure to
Register on Stobox 4.
Get your identity verified.
Create your DID (digital identity).
Ensure the company accepts investors of your type and from your country by checking their investor portal or website.
Ensure you have enough USDC (ARB) stablecoins on the Arbitrum network to pay for tokens*.
Ensure you have some ETH ARB to pay the network fee, also known as the gas fee.
Important!
Note that both USDC and ETH must be on the Arbitrum network.
Sending tokens to the incorrect network results in loss of your assets.
Since transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and neither the company, nor Stobox, nor Fireblocks has access to any private keys, we won’t be able to recover your assets.
To pay in fiat,
Be sure to connect your wallet to the company's investor portal page and check the payment details in the Investor's Room.
Pay via bank wire transfer or a credit card. Be sure to indicate your registered email address or a DID in the comments for your payment.
Reach out to the company to inform you have sent them the payment.
The company will send you the tokens after it receives the funds in its bank account.
How to invest
1. Log in to your Stobox 4 account.
You can log in later in the process, too, but logging in first saves you some time.
2. In another tab, open the company website where the offering is: the investment process starts on the company investor portal.

3. Click the Connect or the Connect Wallet button and log in to your Stobox 4 Wallet using email and password, or by connecting a Google account to connect your Stobox 4 account to the company page and be able to invest. This way, you save some time later on the road. Also, any private documents and details become available straight away.

4. Scroll down to see the tokens the company has available for sale.

5. Select the one you want to proceed with and click the Explore button.
It will open the token’s page, which includes more detailed information on the token, its maximum and circulating supply, market cap, company documents, and the offering to participate in.
You will also see the offering's availability based on your compliance with the company’s requirements. For example, you may be a public investor, while the company accepts only accredited investors.

6. Enter the amount you want to invest. A minimum in our example is $100.00.
The system will show how many tokens you will receive and how much the network fee is.

7. Click the View Summary button.
8. Read the Security Token Purchase Agreement.
The one in the screenshot below is just an example, hence it looks like this. Real STPAs have some text. This document has legal force, so we recommend reading it.

9. Tick the box I have read and agree to the Security Token Purchase Agreement (on the left). Click the Next: Security Verification button.
10. Enter the confirmation code from your registered email address.

Now it’s time to complete your purchase in your Stobox 4 wallet.
11. Click the button Open Stobox 4 Wallet.
If you have logged in to your Stobox 4 account before starting the investment process, it will open the required location immediately. If you haven’t done so, log in as usual.

Important!
In your Stobox 4 account, you will do two transactions. Both require a network fee.
Both transaction requests will appear as pop-up messages in the top-right corner.
1. Allowance, where you give your wallet permission to send some USDC to the company’s smart contract. This security measure helps ensure the contract does not withdraw more USDC from you than necessary without your consent.
2. Transaction, where you actually send your USDC.
Note: Since all transactions are backed by Fireblocks and also go through the KYT process, they may take a bit longer than transactions you may have experienced with crypto.
We appreciate your patience as our systems process your transactions.
12. This is what you see if you were logged in to a Stobox 4 account before proceeding to investment.
The Allowance pop-up message is at the top right. Click Sign and wait.
Do not refresh the page or add additional requests while the system processes the allowance transaction via Fireblocks.

13. Once the Allowance transaction is processed successfully, and notifications close, a new pop-up message Transaction will appear for sending USDC ARB. Click Sign and wait.
Do not refresh the page or add additional requests while the system processes the allowance transaction via Fireblocks.

Once you see the success notification of swapping USDC for the company tokens, you become a token holder. In our case, it is Swap: 100 USDC to 100 FSTO.
You can see the tokens in your Stobox 4 account’s Wallet - RWA section.
