Connect a new device or Join devices process

NOTE

A "device" for Stobox 4 means a device (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone), a browser (Chrome, Brave, Safari, etc.), or a profile in your browser, actually. For better understanding, check this post>>>arrow-up-right

You must have your original account open during the process.

Please don't rush and give your systems time.

Connect your mobile phone to the Stobox 4 account on a desktop

On your original device

Log in to your account at https://stobox4.io/arrow-up-right.


On your new device

  1. Log in to your account at https://stobox4.io/arrow-up-right using your credentials.

  2. You will see a screen that prompts you to connect this device to your account.

  3. Click the Send a request button.


On your original device

  1. Wait for an authorization request at the top right. It may take up to 2 minutes.

  2. Click Yes on the pop-up message. ​


On your new device

  1. Wait until you see the backup file generation screen.

  2. Proceed to generate, download, and re-upload the backup file as usual.

​3. Once you upload a backup file, you will access your Stobox 4 account on another device. ​
