I got rejected
Our KYC/KYB/KYT and AML provider for identity, business, and transaction checks is Sumsub.
Stobox does not verify identities, and it cannot affect Sumsub resolutions.
The most common reasons for the decline are:
blurry document photo
blurry photo of the applicant
someone next to the applicant during the liveness check
name mismatch
unsupported country
VPN interference

The Stobox Support Team will reach out to the Compliance Officer for advice and get back to you as soon as they have any updates.
If your application is under review, our Compliance Officer will not be able to advise, as Sumsub does not have any decisions on your application at this time.
Please note that in some cases, the KYC/AML provider doesn’t disclose the reason for the decline due to their policies.
