I'm getting a technical error when logging in
Technical errors can have different texts, and this is the case when contacting support is the best way.
For example, if you see the PreTokenGenerationV2_0 failed with error Expecting value at login. This error usually appears when the system detects that you have created two accounts.
It often happens if you:
Register one account with small letters in the email address ([email protected])
Register another account with a capital letter in the email address ([email protected])
Sometimes, this issue can occur if you register once with a Google account but don't complete the registration (don't create a wallet), and then register again via email and password using the same email. The system has two different accounts.
