# I'm getting a technical error when logging in

Technical errors can have different texts, and this is the case when contacting support is the best way.

For example, if you see the `PreTokenGenerationV2_0 failed with error Expecting value` at login. This error usually appears when the system detects that you have created two accounts.

It often happens if you:

* Register one account with small letters in the email address (<example@gmail.com>)
* Register another account with a capital letter in the email address (<Example@gmail.com>)
* Sometimes, this issue can occur if you register once with a Google account but don't complete the registration (don't create a wallet), and then register again via email and password using the same email. The system has two different accounts.

Still having trouble? [Contact us directly](/helpcentre/help-centre/contact-support.md).

We do not offer support on Telegram, WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), or similar platforms either. If someone reaches out to you via those channels and offers help in DM, they are scammers.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.stobox.io/helpcentre/help-centre/troubleshooting/im-getting-a-technical-error-when-logging-in.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
