Possible reasons may include
Insufficient network tokens to pay the gas fees.
Necessary processes on Fireblocks and KYT checks are still pending.
Additional confirmation from your end is required.
Possible solutions include
Ensure you have enough native tokens of the network to pay the gas fee for the withdrawal transaction.
Allow the system some time since any transactions on Stobox 4 go through Fireblocks and KYT processes.
In your Individual Space, go to the Transactions - Withdraw and see the status of your withdrawal. It may have a button to additionally approve the transaction.
Try again a bit later.
Gas fees can be considered a network commission charged by the network. It depends on the network conditions and the price of the network's native tokens.
To pay the gas fee on the Arbitrum network, you need a piece of an ETH token on Arbitrum. For the Ethereum network, you need a fraction of an ETH token. To pay the gas fee on Polygon, you need some POL (ex-MATIC) tokens, etc.
