Stobox does not verify identities, and it cannot affect Sumsub resolutions.
Please check the Verification Center in your Profile. If the KYC provider needs any additional information, you will see it there.
Typically, Sumsub verifies identity within a few minutes, but there are instances when the process can take an hour or more. Please wait patiently.

If your application is under review, our Compliance Officer will not be able to advise, as Sumsub does not have any decisions on your application at this time.
Please note that in some cases, the KYC/AML provider doesn’t disclose the reason for the decline due to their policies.
