Select Verification in the drop-down menu on the top right of the page.

Click the Verify button under the Junior level of verification. It is an immediate verification that allows you to work with crypto deposits and transfers.

You can also see other levels of verification and click on Expand all requirements to see what you need to provide for each level of verification.

Enter your information in the form below.

Note that the date of birth is entered in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

To order a card, proceed to the Middle level of verification.

The Middle level requires access to your camera. If your current device doesn’t have a camera, you can switch to another one using a QR code, link, or SMS.

On another device (in my case, the phone), grant the app access to the camera.

On your other device,

  • Sign the Consent for personal data processing.

  • Select the identity document you want to use. Read the requirements for the document and click the Start button.

Your photo of the document and selfie must be as clear as possible for the system to verify you. Follow the system directions.

In our example, the photo of the document and the selfie are blurred for privacy reasons because they are published to the public.

Selfie is the last step of the process. After the system captures your face, it checks and approves your identity.

I didn’t catch the “Success!” message, but the green Success message appears before the Thank you. I am now verified at the Middle level.

However, I still need to submit proof of address and personal information.

For Proof of Address, you must upload one of the documents below in PDF, DOC, JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats.

  • Bank statement;
  • Utility bill (water, electricity, gas);
  • Salary certificate or official salary document from the employer;
  • Insurance application;
  • Tax document;
  • Certificate of residence.

Such documents must contain your name and address and should not be older than 3 months.

For Personal Information, you must provide more detailed information, as shown in the screenshot below.

Note the processing time: To review the information and approve it, the system may take a few days. To order a card, you need to request access. Approval takes a week or more.
