1. Enter the email address in line 1. It is your login name.

Enter the password that you want to use for an SBID account in line 2.

Password must be at least 8 symbols and include
  • CAPITAL letters
  • small letters
  • 1 number (from 0 to 9)
  • 1 special character (!@%$&*#+-_^)

Example: my_Stobox1

The referral code is optional. You can continue without it. You will receive your referral code after you register.

2. Verify your email address - enter the confirmation code the system sends to your registered email address.

Please note confirmation codes are valid for 2 minutes for security reasons. If you don’t receive the code, check your Spam or Promotions folders or click the link to resend it once the timer expires. Check to ensure you entered the email address correctly using English letters, not your local letters, even if they look like English. For computer systems, these are still different characters. See more possible reasons for not receiving the code.

3. Click the Choose your country line and find your country from the drop-down list.

Scroll for your country to select it. If you select Country not listed, you will be registered but you will not be able to get the SBID token.

After registration, you will see your referral code. You can also see it in your menu Referral program.

  • Note that the referral program only activates after you receive your SBID token. Stay tuned for its terms and conditions.

  • Stobox business hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM - 4 PM GMT/UTC in the summer and 8 AM - 5 PM GMT/UTC in the winter. Currently, we don’t provide support at weekends and public holidays.
