Registration & signing in
How do I create an account on a Corporate DS Dashboard?
You can not register on the Corporate DS Dashboard since it is under the management of a specific company.
Stobox creates the Issuer's Super Administrator account during the process of deployment of the DS Dashboard. We also provide Super Administrator with the password and a secret 2FA setting code.
If the Super Administrator wants to add other Team members as corporate managers, they should follow the onboarding procedure to be verified, access, and work in the Corporate DS Dashboard.
How do I log in to a Corporate DS Dashboard account?
Once an onboarding process is completed, a team member is added as a corporate manager to the Corporate DS Dashboard and assigned some permissions. Since then, they can log in with their credentials for the Investor’s DS Dashboard account.
See the sign-in process explained in detail.
If you have any issues, please check the Troubleshooting section of our Knowledge Base.
If you can not find a solution, please contact your Super Administrator. A Super Administrator may need to raise a ticket for us.
Can I log in and work with a Corporate DS Dashboard from a mobile device?
The Corporate DS Dashboard is not available for work from mobile devices.
The platform is simply too complicated. It is inconvenient and uncomfortable to work with it using a mobile phone. Please use a desktop or a laptop with a larger screen.

Managing the team
Can I onboard my team to help me?
You definitely can. There is an onboarding procedure in place to do so.
Can I work with a third-party service provider on the Corporate DS Dashboard?
You definitely can. There is an onboarding procedure in place to do so.
What is the onboarding process for the DS Dashboard corporate managers?
See the process below. It is the same for your team members and any third-party service providers you wish to onboard. The process requires actions from both a User and yourself.
1. Registers under the email address of his choice and sets his password.
2. Submits an identity verification request.
3. Enables 2FA protection. If the 2FA is not enabled, you will not be added as a corporate manager.
4. Informs you that they completed their part of the procedure.
1. Go to Requests - Identity verification requests.
2. Find the User’s request by their name or status New, and open it.
3. Check submitted documents.
4. Whitelist their wallet address. Note the gas fee, as it is an action on the blockchain.
5. Approve the identity verification request.
6. Go to Users - Potential investors.
7. Find the User’s profile by their name and open it.
8. Click the dango menu (three vertical dots) on the top right of the User’s profile.
9. Select Add as a corp. manager.
10. Read the pop-up message and click the Confirm adding button.
11. Approve your action with a 2FA code and click the Confirm changes button.
How to manage multiple corporate managers?
You can onboard as many team members as you need to manage the different aspects of work with the DS Dashboard. However, none of them can do anything but navigate the DS Dashboard and look at its pages if you don’t assign any permissions to them.
How do I grant permissions to other corporate managers?
As a Super Administrator, you can grant permission to any whitelisted wallet address, i.e., your team member or a third-party service provider. Alternatively, you can assign all permissions to yourself.
To assign permissions, you must log in under your verified email address with your whitelisted Super Administrator wallet address and ensure to use the correct network.
1. Go to the menu - Account Settings on the top right of the DS Dashboard.
2. Select a corporate manager you want to assign permissions from the blocks on top of the section.
3. Toggle to the right to enable permission.
4. Wait for the transaction to be approved on the blockchain.
How do I remove permissions from corporate managers?
To remove any permissions from any whitelisted wallet address, i.e., your team member or a third-party service provider, you need to do the opposite to the process of enabling the permissions.
1. Go to the menu - Account Settings on the top right of the Dashboard.
2. Select a corporate manager you want to resign permissions from in the blocks on top of the section.
3. Toggle to the left to disable the permission.
4. Wait for the transaction to be approved on the blockchain.
Can I delete a corporate manager?
Yes, you can.
On the Corporate DS Dashboard, you
If a User has no permissions, he will be removed from the corporate manager role after you confirm your action with the 2FA code. The User will stay a prospective investor or a tokenholder.
What if a person who was a corporate manager quits the company?
In this case, there may be several options depending on the circumstances.
1. If a person quits by mutual consent, whether they are a tokenholder or not, you can disable their permissions and remove them as a corporate manager. Result: Your ex-employee remains an ordinary user of the Dashboard and stays a prospective investor or an existing tokenholder.
2. If a person quits as a result of any conflict and has any security tokens, you can disable their permissions and remove them as a corporate manager. Result: Your ex-employee remains an ordinary user of the Dashboard and stays an existing tokenholder. However, you can also suspend their account, so they can not move around the DS Dashboard and purchase, sell, or transfer security tokens via the DS Dashboard, DS Swap, or using the blockchain (via wallet).
3. If you have dismissed a person for illegal transactions or fraud, you must suspend or even disable (ban) them. Result: Your ex-employee can not log in to the DS Dashboard and do anything with tokens, whether on the DS Dashboard, DS Swap, or blockchain (via wallet).
Compliance management
How to manage incoming identity verification requests?
The guide below describes the Standard identity verification process where your Whitelist manager checks the documents manually.
How will I know about new requests?
In your Corporate DS Dashboard account, go to the menu Account settings - Security information and enable Notifications. You will then receive email notifications.
Alternatively, you can log in to the Corporate DS Dashboard account every business day and check the Requests - Identity verification requests section for ones with the New status.
If you have several security tokens, you can see the new requests at the moment of choosing the environment to log into.
Who should process identity verification requests?
It is up to you. You can assign your team member(s) to do it or choose between an outsourced KYC service provider or the SumSub option. This decision is made before the deployment process begins and noted in the deployment Forms.
What are the whitelisting options on multiple networks?
The Dashboard supports multi-token and multichain security token offering (STO) options.
There can be one security token per STO and one security token per network. For instance, you can have one security token on Polygon Mainnet and another on Binance Smart Chain. You can’t have part of the security token supply on Polygon Mainnet and another on Binance Smart Chain. It would create additional difficulties.
Considering the above, if you already have two STOs on two different networks, you should whitelist your investor's wallet address on both.
Alternatively, suppose you initially had an STO on Ethereum Mainnet and have added another one on Binance Smart Chain. In that case, you will also need to whitelist your existing investors from the first STO on Binance Smart Chain so they can also invest. Of course, it is up to you to do it for everyone by default or only upon the investor's request.
Can we prevent malicious actions with our security tokens?
Security tokens are minted (issued) by a different kind of contract than ordinary crypto coins and tokens; they are not usual cryptocurrencies. Your security token smart contract allows you more control over your security tokens than you would have over ordinary cryptocurrency.
The reason is that security tokens are tokenized shares of actual companies. Those companies pay taxes and report to the authorities. They also have responsibilities to the shareholders and must predict any possible situation that can occur in life. We'll show you a couple of examples.
- The shareholder's wallet was compromised, and their funds were stolen.
- The shareholder passed away, and his family inherited their funds, including tokenized shares.
In both cases, an Issuer company must guarantee that it can fulfill the law and transfer the tokenized shares to the eligible owner or his inheritance. For this case, we envisaged in the smart contract that the Issuer has the possibility of moving the funds from their end.
How do I increase investment limits for the investor?
The guide below describes the Standard limit update process where your Whitelist manager checks the documents manually.
Roles & permissions
Who is a Super Administrator?
Super Administrator permission grants full rights to the smart contract and allows controlling all functions to manage security tokens, corporate managers, and investors on the smart contract. This permission holder is also an owner of the smart contract.
This permission is granted to the Issuer’s company owner or authorized representative during the DS Dashboard deployment process.
Being a Super Administrator does not allow you to fulfill all the roles. However, you can assign all existing permissions to yourself if you wish to be the only one to manage the DS Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can onboard some corporate managers and give them different permissions to delegate some of the duties to the team. You can also assign some corporate manager Super Administrator permissions.
Super Administrator may also need to send a specific number of security tokens to the Atomic Swap smart contract and set a price for it when the new offering round, or ask the Transaction Approve manager to do it.
Who is a Whitelist manager?
This permission allows adding (removing) a user’s wallet address to (from) the whitelist, i.e., an existing or potential investor will or will not be able to accept or transfer any security tokens.
The Whitelist manager also works as a KYC Officer and approves or declines identity verification requests of potential investors.
Alternatively, identity verification can be handled by the SumSub integration and Soulbound ID Non-Transferrable Tokens (SBID).
Who is a Limits manager?
The Limits manager works with users' limits, both primary and secondary, examines their limit increase requests, and approves or declines them.
The Limits manager may request an investor to provide additional information about their source of funds if their new limit is higher than allowed by the international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Who is a Transfer manager?
This role gives rights to the corporate manager to transfer security tokens from any account to any whitelisted account.
Transfer managers can work in the DS Dashboard's Transfer tab and on the blockchain directly. They are often involved in case of emergency.
Who is a Vote manager?
The Vote manager assigns (resigns) tokenholders with voting rights.
Who is a Transaction Approve manager?
This role allows sending security tokens on behalf of the Issuer company as a part of the investment process, i.e., approving investment requests and sending security tokens to investors.
If the Issuer has an Atomic Swap embedded, the Transaction Approve manager works only with the fiat investments because Atomic Swap covers crypto investments. Transaction Approve manager also keeps the correct balance between the number of security tokens intended for sale on your STO rounds and the Atomic Swap’s address.
Transaction Approve manager may also need to send a specific number of security tokens to the Atomic Swap smart contract and set a price for it when the new offering round.
What does “Adding a corporate manager directly through the blockchain” mean?
Super Administrator, as a security token owner, can assign permissions to any address even if its owner is not yet registered on the DS Dashboard.
The option to add a corporate manager directly through the blockchain is created for emergency cases. For instance, you need to onboard a new team member to the Corporate DS Dashboard, but you have to be away from your, and you have someone who can whitelist your team members.
Since only you can assign any permissions as a Super Administrator, you can give the permissions to that person's wallet address in advance and go away from the Corporate Dashboard, while the team member onboards as described above using the wallet address they provided to you to assign permissions. After your Whitelist Manager verifies them, they will have all the necessary permissions even though you are away on your business trip.
The Dashboard functionality allows you to do it in case of emergencies using the wallet address without going to the smart contract. Alternatively, you can go directly to your smart contract on blockchain and use its functions.
Can I have another administrator account or assign my team member an administrator role?
You can’t do it on your end, but you can follow the procedure below, and we will be happy to help you with that.
1. Registers. Hint: If you want another administrator account in addition to your existing one, use a different email address.
2. Submits identity verification process.
3. Enables 2FA protection.
Email address of the future administrator, confirm that they enabled 2FA protection.
We will assign the provided email address with the administrator’s rights.
Managing investors
I have a potential investor from a country absent from the countries list. What should I do?
Investors from the countries that are absent from the countries list can only register if they choose another country during the registration. For instance, the country where they currently live while keeping their citizenship. Hence, this investor can register. But they apply for identity verification using their identity documents so that you can see their actual citizenship.
If you see that the identity documents belong to a country you do not accept, you should reject such an identity verification request with appropriate reasoning.
How to find information about an investor?
You can find the information about any of your potential registered investors or tokenholders in the menu Users - Tokenholders or Users - Potential investors accordingly.
How to make an additional check on an investor?
You can make an additional check on an investor if you or your KYC service provider have access to the specific global databases and can check the investors there.
The personal information of an investor is outdated. What should I do?
If you are absolutely sure that the personal information of an investor is outdated, you can request them to update it and pass the KYC verification process once again. We make a note about being absolutely sure because there are basically no options to learn about the Investor's personal information update other than Investor informing you directly.
You can also use this process if you require updating personal information on a regular basis (annually or less frequently).
The User will see the following pop-up message after the login. He/she will be able to close this message and look through the DS Dashboard account but will not be able to invest, see the limits, or see your corporate documents.
Once the User submits a new identity verification request, you can check and approve it as usual.
How to suspend an account?
The User will see the following pop-up message after the login. He/she will not be able to close this message and do anything in the DS Dashboard account.
The User should contact you so you can clarify the reasons for suspension and ask for additional information.
How to unsuspend an account?
How to ban an account?
Once you removed the wallet address from the whitelist(s), click the Proceed button.
Can I unban an account?
You definitely can.
Managing security tokens
How do I know that I received an investment?
Please enable the Notifications in the menu Account settings - Security information to receive an email notification about investment requests.
In the case of crypto investments, crypto is received in your corporate wallet address immediately, and you receive a notification about the investment received.
In the case of fiat investments, it means an investment request is made, and the actual proof of receipt of funds is also your bank's notification about the incoming transaction.
Where do I see and process the investment requests?
You can see and process the investment all of the investment requests, crypto, and fiat, in the Transactions tab of the DS Dashboard. Use filter by Date to see the latest requests.
There are tabs to see Requests, Transactions, and Payments. By default, it is set to the Requests tab.
Another option is to use the drop-down menus to filter by date, currencies, and networks.
Atomic Swap vs. manual transfer
Atomic Swap is a specific smart contract connected to your security token’s smart contract. It holds a number of your security tokens intended for your current STO round and allows investors to buy security tokens without interference from the Issuer. Once an investor sends crypto, Atomic Swap automatically sends them the requested number of security tokens. This option works for crypto investments only.
Atomic Swap can’t track bank wire transactions because they happen outside the blockchain, at least at this moment. However, if you accept fiat investments, too, you need to keep the balance of the security tokens on the Atomic Swap smart contract. Read more.
Some Issuers, including ourselves, want more control over their STO and better learn about their investors. In this case, they choose the manual transfer option. It requires manual confirmation of each investment, and all security tokens are stored on the corporate wallet address, aka Super Administrator’s address. This option works both with fiat and crypto investments.
Moreover, in the case of a fiat investment, a manual transfer is the only option for sending security tokens because, unlike with crypto investments, bank transfers are not recorded on the blockchain, and Dashboard would not receive any information about receiving the funds via the bank.
How do I send security tokens to my investors?
In a pop-up window, you can see how much an Investor paid, which cryptocurrency or fiat currency they paid with, and how many security tokens they want to purchase.
If you click the link on top of the request, the Investor's profile opens so that you can recheck the Investor's details.
You can approve or reject the request by clicking the appropriate buttons.
This way, you confirm that you received an investment.
How to send security tokens in case of a fiat payment?
When Investors choose the bank wire transfer as a payment method, DS Dashboard generates an invoice for them to pay and sends its PDF copy to their email address.
Bank wire transfers can take up to 7 working days, depending on the bank.
The DS Dashboard does not track those transactions because they are processed outside the blockchain. You must check your bank account for incoming transactions and manually send the corresponding number of security tokens.
You also see this kind of investment request in the Transactions tab of the DS Dashboard. Unlike the crypto investment, this kind of investment is marked as a Wire payment type.
Once you receive a notification from your bank about an incoming transaction, please follow the steps of the How do I send security tokens to my investors? guide above.
How to send security tokens in other cases?
Other cases that require sending security tokens may include but are not limited to sending security tokens to the investors you met at some events, internal transactions between the corporate managers, and specific free transactions to fulfill the law, e.g., inheritance.
In either of the cases, use the Investor's profile and choose the appropriate transfer type: Paid transfer, Free transfer, or Internal transfer.
The Paid transfer is used if you received an investment from a person at an event or exhibition and they passed you an investment cheque. This way, they invested before registration and verification. The Investor must register on the DS Dashboard and verify their identity as soon as possible so that you can send them security tokens.
The Free transfer is used to send the security tokens to the investors in emergencies, e.g., inheritance. Obviously, the recipient must register and verify their identity.
The Internal transfer is used to send the security tokens between the corporate managers of the DS Dashboard, e.g., you have a team member assigned to send security tokens to investors. Hence you need to send some number of security tokens to their wallet.
To proceed with either of the transfer types,
1. In your Corporate DS Dashboard account, go to the Transfer tab.
2. Find an investor or your team member by their name.
3. Open their profile and choose an appropriate transfer type.
4. Enter the number of security tokens to send.
5. Enter the comment (optional).
6. Click the Transfer button.
7. Confirm your action with a 2FA code.
8. Send security tokens using the MetaMask.
Tell me more about the balance between the Atomic Swap and the corporate wallet address
For Atomic Swap to work properly it should have the necessary number of security tokens on its address. Normally, it is the total supply of security tokens for the specific STO round. However, Atomic Swap can not process fiat investments, and you need to send them manually using your corporate wallet address, a.k.a. Super Administrator wallet address.
Suppose you intend to sell 10,000 security tokens on your Private round of the STO and 40,000 on the Public round. You accept both fiat and crypto investments and have Atomic Swap enabled.
In this case, 10,000 security tokens with the designated price per token must be located at the Atomic Swap contract address. Your corporate wallet address holds the rest 40,000 security tokens.
Let’s say you have an investor who wants to buy 100 security tokens and pay for them via a bank wire transfer. Since it is fiat, you must send them security tokens from your corporate wallet address.
If you don’t send the 100 security tokens from your Atomic Swap back to your corporate wallet address, it will turn out that you sold 10,100 security tokens on your Private round of STO instead of the planned 100,000. Moreover, since usually Private rounds of STO offer security tokens at a discounted price for early investors, you will send the extra 100 security tokens cheaper.
To avoid this discrepancy in your tokenomics, we recommend you track your security tokens and use the Guide we sent you at your DS Dashboard release.
You can use two ways to handle bank wire investments if you also have Atomic Swap onboard.
- If your STO has only one round, or it is your last round of the STO, you don’t have any security tokens on your corporate wallet address as they were sent to the Atomic Swap address. In this case, you first send the necessary number of security tokens from your Atomic Swap smart contract to your corporate wallet address using the Guide we send you at your DS Dashboard release. Then you can process the fiat investment request as described in the How do I send security tokens to my investors? guide above. You will not have to balance the accounts of the Atomic Swap and corporate wallet address because you have already done that. You could not process the investment request if you haven’t sent the security tokens to your corporate wallet address first.
- Another possible option is if your STO has at least two rounds, and you are now on the first round. It means the number of tokens intended for sale on your first STO round is stored on the Atomic Swap smart contract. In contrast, the number of security tokens allocated for your second (or further) STO round is held on your corporate wallet address. So you have some balance of security tokens in your corporate wallet address, and you can process the fiat investment request immediately as described in the How do I send security tokens to my investors? guide above. Afterward, you must send the necessary number of security tokens from your Atomic Swap smart contract back to your corporate wallet address. This way, you keep the balance, i.e., have the correct number of security tokens on your Atomic Swap smart contract.
We think option 1 is the best choice; however, it is up to you how you want to proceed in your specific case.
What happens if I can’t accept investments anymore?
The inability to accept investments may be the case if
- you have already reached your fundraising target
- your offering round has expired, i.e., its end date has passed
If you reached your fundraising target, the offering round would close automatically, making it impossible for Investors to invest.
If you have less than a minimum investment size left to hit your fundraising target, Investors will be unable to invest because they can’t invest less than your designated minimum investment.
If your offering round is expired, it will also close automatically. Investors will not be able to proceed with an investment.
Other reasons for not accepting the investment immediately are if it is too big, you wish to double-check the Investor and ask for additional information from them or the case when you had sold all the security tokens by the time Investor’s money arrived in your bank account.
In the first case, you can reject the investment and contact the Investor to ask for additional proof of sources.
In the second case, you reject the investment and contact the Investor to tell them about it and ask them to revert the transaction via their bank.
How do I reject investment?
In a pop-up window, you can see how much an Investor paid, which cryptocurrency or fiat currency they paid with, and how many security tokens they want to purchase.
If you click the link on top of the request, the Investor's profile opens so that you can recheck the Investor's details.
You can approve or reject the request by clicking the appropriate buttons.
this would be the last step. No further steps are needed from your end.
The Investor receives the below email notification.
clicking the Yes, reject button pulls up the MetaMask window to you send the cryptocurrency back to your investor.
The Investor receives the below email notification.

Corporate Issuer’s Troubleshooting
An Investor forgot the password
Send the Investor the link to the Guide.
An Investor forgot an email
1. Ask the Investor about the full name that he/she verified the identity with.
2. Search the Investor by his/her first name in both Tokenholders and Potential investors sections under the Users tab.
3. Click to open the Investor's profile and see his/her email address.
4. Inform the Investor about his/her registered email address.
An Investor lost access to the wallet
In this case, the Investor should report this to your Support Team from their registered email address.
Ask him/her to
- Register a new DS Dashboard account with another email address.
- Submit an identity verification request using a new wallet address.
- Let you know if the Investor had security tokens on the old wallet address.
Once the investor submits an identity verification request,
- Check the identity information.
- Whitelist a new wallet address.
- Approve the identity verification request.
- If the Investor has security tokens, transfer security tokens from their old wallet address to their new one using the smart contract function 31. transferFunds.*
- Remove the old wallet address from the whitelist using the contract function 15. removeAddressFromWhitelist or do it in terms of disabling the old account of the Investor.
- Disable the old account of the Investor using the guide.
* If necessary, feel free to contact Stobox Support to learn about the smart contract functions.
I lost access to my wallet
Once the DS Dashboard is deployed, we transfer the ownership of the smart contract to you. It enhances your smart contract security; however, we can’t help you if you encounter such an issue because we don’t have any permissions on your smart contract.
The only way out is to redeploy the smart contract, mint new security tokens, and reconnect them to the Dashboard. If you have Atomic Swap, it should be redeployed too.
If your investors already have some security tokens, you will have to resend them the new security tokens using the multisender option and burn the old security tokens using the smart contract function 9. burn.
