Business Subscription Page. Adds a subscription entry point at $1,000/month with access to premium features, onboarding support, and enterprise-grade compliance tools.
Initial Tokenization Workflow
Tokenization Wizard (Beta). Unveils the first phases of the tokenization workflow. Issuers can begin asset setup and structuring in preparation for regulated digital issuance.
Early AI Support
AI Assistant (Beta). Debuts the Stobox AI assistant to guide issuers through the early phases of onboarding and token creation with intelligent prompts.
Public Page Setup
Issuer Page Configuration Module (Beta). First iteration of tools to define and prepare the issuer’s public-facing page, with fields for key public data and legal materials.

White-Label Issuer Page Tools. Issuers can now publish public-facing pages under their own domain with uploaded documentation, videos, and branding content.
Tokenization Framework Expansion
Structured Tokenization Flow. Transitions from basic forms to a defined tokenization methodology. Static flow with guidance from the onboarding team and AI support.
Investor Access & KYC
Wallet Connect & KYC Flow. Investors register and onboard via the Issuer Page using the Stobox Wallet, with integrated KYC and project subscription tools.
Investor Engagement Dashboard
Issuer Analytics Panel. Tracks engagement metrics: visits, registrations, and verification statuses. Lays groundwork for campaign optimization.
Security Token Launch (STBX)
Tokenized Stobox Shares on STV3. Launch of STBX, the first security token using the STV3 protocol, representing Stobox equity with verifiable metadata.
Structured Compliance Metadata
Provides embedded legal and offering data on-chain, enabling transparent and regulated token issuance.

STV3 Production Release. Full rollout of the STV3 protocol, enabling compliant creation and management of regulated digital securities.

RWA Security Token Minting. Allows issuers to mint security tokens and manage vaults using Stobox STV3 Protocol, Stobox DID, and other critical infrastructure. Includes manual distribution controls.

Issuer Token Dashboard. Control interface for minting, freezing, burning, and tracking cap table data in real time.
Role-Based Governance Controls
Issuers assign roles such as Recovery Manager and Financial Manager to streamline oversight and actions.
Protocol-Level Compliance Enforcement
STV3 Validator Logic Update. Enforces investment eligibility based on jurisdiction and identity. Applies static rules at the protocol level.
Monetization Tools
Token Subscription Add-Ons. Launch of modular feature monetization: STO Rounds, Governance Rights, and upgrade options with STBU or stablecoin payment.
