Stobox 4 Account Pricing and Referral Structure
Updated: July 13, 2025
This document outlines the pricing, referral structure, and payment options for individual accounts on Stobox 4. It includes all account types, fees, referral rebates, distribution breakdowns, and conditions. Staking options have been added for both RWA Investor and Accredited RWA Investor accounts: staking the equivalent value of STBU tokens in lieu of fiat payment, with a lock-up period to ensure account commitment. Clear descriptions are provided for each account type to assist users in selecting the best fit based on their needs, such as individual real-world asset (RWA) investing, accredited status, or business operations. A new STBU token distribution policy has been added for all STBU tokens received by Stobox, excluding those from the staking program.
1. Account Types and Fees
Stobox 4 offers four account types tailored to different user profiles:
RWA Investor: Ideal for individual users interested in basic access to real-world asset (RWA) investments. This entry-level account provides essential features for exploring and participating in RWA opportunities without advanced privileges. It is suited for beginners looking to invest in tokenized assets compliantly.
Accredited RWA Investor: Designed for verified accredited investors seeking enhanced access to premium RWA deals, higher investment limits, and exclusive opportunities. Accreditation verification is required during signup to ensure regulatory compliance. This account enables participation in sophisticated tokenized offerings with greater flexibility.
Business Account (Monthly): This plan provides businesses and organizations with flexible, month-to-month access to Stobox 4's comprehensive suite of tools, including advanced analytics and RWA management. It unlocks essential tokenization features, enabling compliant issuance, management, and distribution of security tokens for RWAs via the STV3 protocol. Billed monthly, it accommodates varying budgeting needs while supporting STO modules, governance tools, and DeFi integrations.
Business Account (Yearly): Offering the same robust features as the monthly plan, this option is optimized for businesses committing to long-term use with cost savings through prepaid annual billing. It unlocks full tokenization functionalities, such as data-enriched security tokens, cap table management, and compliant DeFi pools for liquidity. Supporting multi-currency payments including STBU discounts, it ensures seamless RWA tokenization from issuance to ongoing management.

Note on STBU Staking for Investor Accounts: As an alternative to paying the fiat fee, users can stake the equivalent value in STBU tokens directly on the Stobox 4 platform. The staked amount is calculated based on the STBU market value at the time of staking. Tokens are locked and cannot be unstaked for 365 days, aligning with the annual renewal cycle to ensure ongoing commitment. This option is available for both initial activation and renewals. Upon renewal, users may choose to restake or pay in fiat.
2. Referral Rebates and Distributions
Referrals incentivize users to invite others to Stobox 4, with rebates distributed based on the account type activated. For Investor accounts activated via STBU staking, the referral rebate and distribution follow the same structure as fiat payments, treating the staked value as equivalent to the fee.
RWA Investor and Accredited RWA Investor: Rebates are percentage-based, with a portion allocated to STBU buyback and burn for token utility.
Business Accounts: Flat or percentage-based rebates without STBU burn, focusing on direct incentives.

3. Payment and Rebate Flow
This section details how payments (or staking) are processed and how rebates are distributed. All flows prioritize security, confirmation, and transparency.
Investor Accounts (RWA & Accredited)
Payment/Activation Options:
USD (fiat only) via standard payment gateways. STBU not accepted as direct payment.
Alternative staking of the fee equivalent in STBU, locked for 365 days. Staking occurs on-platform; value is based on current market price.
Rebate and Burn Process:
50% is rebated to the referrer (in fiat for fiat activations; STBU equivalent for staked activations).
40% retained by Stobox.
10% used for STBU buyback & burn (for fiat activations only: 10% of the activation fee is used by Stobox to buy and burn STBU, supporting token scarcity; does not apply to staking activations).
Renewals follow the same options and trigger recurring rebates.
Business Account (Monthly)
Payment: USD only via monthly subscription.
Referrer receives a fixed $200 one-time rebate.
Remaining $800 retained by Stobox.
No STBU burn mechanism.
Business Account (Yearly)
Payment: USD, USDC, or STBU (with 25% discount on the $9,000 fee for STBU payments).
Referrer receives 10% of the paid amount in the same currency/method.
Remaining 90% retained by Stobox.
If paid in STBU, the full payment is received in STBU, 10% is rebated to the referrer in STBU, and the remaining 90% retained by Stobox is then distributed according to the STBU Token Distribution Policy (50% burned, 30% to treasury, 20% to community rewards).
4. Conditions
Referral Requirements: The referrer must be recorded via a valid referral link or Partner ID at the time of registration. Rebates are issued only after payment/staking confirmation.
Renewals: Investor account renewals (including STBU staking) qualify for recurring rebates under the same structure. Business Account (Yearly) rebates apply once per annual activation.
STBU-Specific Rules: STBU rebates or equivalents are delivered at the market value at the time of payment/staking. For Investor staking, the lock-up period (365 days) prevents unstaking until renewal, promoting long-term engagement. If STBU value fluctuates during the lock-up, the user bears the risk/reward.
General Terms: All activations and renewals are subject to Stobox 4's terms of service, including KYC/AML checks where applicable. Fees are non-refundable. For business accounts, additional verification may be required. Users should consult tax advisors regarding staking or token-based activations.
5. STBU Token Distribution Policy
All STBU tokens received by Stobox, apart from those involved in the staking program, are distributed as follows:
50% burned to support token scarcity.
30% allocated to the Stobox treasury for operational and development needs.
20% allocated to community rewards to incentivize engagement and growth.
This policy applies to STBU received from sources such as Business Account payments in STBU, referral rebates paid in STBU, or other direct STBU inflows (excluding staked tokens, which remain locked under user control via smart contracts).
6. STBU Burn Mechanisms
The following lists all points where Stobox Tokens (STBU) are burned:
Investor Account Fiat Activations: For RWA Investor and Accredited RWA Investor accounts activated or renewed via USD fiat, 10% of the fee is used by Stobox to buy and burn STBU (e.g., $2.50 for RWA Investor, $100 for Accredited RWA Investor).
Referral Distributions for Investor Accounts: As part of the referral structure for RWA Investor and Accredited RWA Investor activations (fiat or staking), 10% of the activation value is allocated to STBU buyback and burn (applies to fiat equivalents; for staking, it's an equivalent value burned).
STBU Payments via Distribution Policy: For any STBU received by Stobox (e.g., from Business Account (Yearly) payments after the 10% referrer rebate), 50% of the retained amount is burned per the STBU Token Distribution Policy.
Other Direct STBU Inflows: Any additional STBU received outside staking (e.g., from referral rebates in STBU or other sources) has 50% burned under the distribution policy to support token scarcity.
