Phase 0 - Setting Up the Stobox Product Environment

This phase is applicable exclusively to Stobox users utilizing the Stobox DS Dashboard V3 or Stobox 4.

The data points collected in this phase are not directly required for the asset tokenization process but are essential for configuring the product environment. Proper setup ensures a seamless operational framework for future tokenization activities, investor management, and compliance integration.

Step 1: Company Name

The primary entity refers to the legal entity that owns and operates the DS Dashboard. This company has the ability to establish Security Token Offerings (STOs) either directly or through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) structure, depending on the chosen corporate strategy.

Step 2: Company Incorporation Year

Specify the year in which the company was legally founded. This information is essential for corporate profiling and compliance purposes.

Step 3: Number of Employees

Indicate the total number of employees within the organization. This metric assists in categorizing the company’s operational scale and compliance requirements.

Step 4: Jurisdiction

Select the country in which the company is officially incorporated. The jurisdiction determines the regulatory framework applicable to tokenized securities and investor protections.

Step 5: Industry Classification

Choose the industry that best describes the company’s primary sector of operation. To ensure proper classification, refer to the following comprehensive industry categories:

  • Agriculture

  • Aquaculture

  • Basic Materials

  • Communication Services

  • Consumer Cyclical

  • Consumer Defensive

  • Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

  • Energy

  • Financial Services

  • Healthcare

  • Industrials

  • Natural Resources

  • Real Estate

  • Technology

  • Utilities

Step 6: Company Description

Provide a brief corporate overview (maximum 256 characters), summarizing the company’s mission, core business operations, or strategic focus. If a description is unavailable at the time of submission, use a placeholder text such as “To be added later.” This information can be updated later through the corporate account settings.

Step 7: Official Company Website

Enter the URL of the company’s official website, which will be referenced in investor communications and corporate profiles.

Step 8: Corporate Master Account Email

Specify the email address assigned to the Super Administrator account for the Stobox DS Dashboard V3. This email will serve as the primary contact for account management and administrative operations.

Step 9: Super Administrator Wallet Address

Provide the blockchain wallet address that will be assigned the Super Administrator role. This address will be used to log in to the DS Dashboard and manage platform functionalities, including investor access and token issuance.

Step 10: Investor Website Access Link

Define the URL where investors will access the Investor DS Dashboard. This interface serves as the primary portal for investors to participate in tokenized offerings. Example:

Example: dashboard.yourwebsitedomain.com

Step 11: Corporate Website Access Link

Define the URL for the Corporate DS Dashboard, which will be used by company administrators and managers to oversee tokenized assets and investor activities. Example:

Example: corp.yourwebsitedomain.com

Step 12: DS Dashboard Primary Currency

Select the default currency for the DS Dashboard. The available options are:

  • USD (United States Dollar)

  • EUR (Euro)

This setting will be used for all transactional and financial reporting functions within the platform.

Step 13: Integrated Identity Verification Service (KYC/AML)

Indicate whether the company wishes to integrate an automated investor identity verification service. Currently, Sumsub is the supported third-party provider for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

Important Notes:

  • A corresponding Annex must be signed to activate this service.

  • The third-party provider requires an initial deposit payment to enable automated verifications.

  • At this time, only individual (personal) investors can be fully verified through automated processing.

Step 14: Favicon Upload

Upload a favicon (website icon) that will represent the DS Dashboard platform. Ensure the uploaded image meets the following requirements:

  • File Format: ICO

  • Text Content: No text included in the image

  • File Size: Between 2MB and 10MB

  • Resolution: Minimum 70x70 px, maximum 260x260 px

Upon successfully completing all steps in Phase 0, Stobox will proceed with configuring your selected product environment (Stobox DS Dashboard V3 or Stobox 4). This initial setup enables public access to your business’s general information within the platform, ensuring transparency for potential investors and stakeholders.
