Step 1: Choose Asset Country

Mandatory

Asset domicile is a critical input in the tokenization process, as it determines the legal and regulatory framework governing the asset and constrains the space of feasible issuance structures. This parameter ensures compliance with local laws, defines tax obligations, and establishes the jurisdiction for resolving disputes. Recording this information as metadata in the token’s smart contract provides transparency and builds trust with investors.
