  3. Phase 3: Preparing for the Issuance

Step 18: Data Validation and Token Creation

Processed by Stobox

This step ensures all necessary data for token issuance has been provided, reviewed, and validated. Once the validation process is complete, the token is created, and all associated data is securely stored on the blockchain.

Validate Data

  1. Issuer Completes Inputs

    1. All previous steps, from defining the token’s attributes to selecting accepted countries, are finalized.

  2. Validation by Stobox

    1. Compliance Review. Stobox validates all metadata, ensuring it adheres to technical standards.

    2. Integrity Check. Verifies that all required fields are completed and accurate, with no inconsistencies or missing data.

    3. Approval. Stobox provides permission for the issuer to proceed with token creation.

  3. Result

    1. The token is created, and all data (parameters, rights, yields, licenses, country lists, etc.) is embedded immutably in the token’s smart contract.

    2. Blockchain Storage. The token’s metadata is securely stored on the blockchain, ensuring transparency, auditability, and tamper-proof records.

DISCLAIMER: The validation of token minting by Stobox DOES NOT constitute a legal opinion, tax or financial advice, endorsement of the issuer or confirmation of the full or partial regulatory compliance. This approval merely confirms absence of obvious ommisions, consistency between section and alignment with our internal standards. Issuers are encouraged to validate the offering structure with their tokenization and legal consultants before proceeding with this step.

Similarly, any purchasers of tokens issued using Stobox protocol should conduct their independent due diligence, consult with corresponding advisors and NEVER rely on validation of the token mint by Stobox as an endorsement of the issuer.
