# Phase 7: Validation and Token Deployment

At this stage, you will be asked to **sign the risk disclosure document**, which serves as an official acknowledgment of the potential risks, responsibilities, and regulatory considerations involved in launching a tokenized offering. This step is important not only for your own awareness but also to ensure transparency and legal protection for both you and Stobox. By signing this document, you acknowledge the regulatory environment and your obligations as an issuer, which helps build trust with investors and reinforces the credibility of your offering.

Once all necessary information and documentation, including legal, technical, and asset-related materials, have been submitted—and the risk disclosure is signed —the **Stobox expert team conducts a thorough validation** of the project. This involves reviewing all submitted details to ensure consistency, legal compliance, accuracy of the token structure, and readiness for deployment.

Upon successful review, **Stobox issues a validation report.** Upon token deployment, a **Token Deployment Report is issued**, confirming that the token has been launched according to the agreed-upon specifications and is now legally and technically ready for public or private distribution. This final confirmation marks the transition from preparation to operational status in the tokenization journey.
