How to buy the SLX Revenue Share Token

or, how to convert SOULB to SLX

1. Log in to the Stobox Group Limited DS Dashboard at https://assets.stobox.io/auth/login using your MetaMask address with the SBID token.

2. After logging in, you will see the Stobox Group Limited Dashboard Company Profile tab.

3. Go to the Investment Opportunities tab. Pay attention to pricing: it is in USD, while you pay with SOULB.

Make your calculations The SLX price is $2.25, and the minimum investment is $100.00. Since you pay with SOULB tokens, you must have them in the equivalent of $100.00 (or more, if you want to invest more).

The number of SOULBs can differ because SOULB is now a traded token, and the price changes constantly. So, different people will need a different number of SOULB tokens to buy SLX security tokens at different moments in time.

Check the SOULB price at CoinGecko and calculate the number of tokens you need in your wallet to make a minimum investment of $100.00. You can buy SOULB at Qmall or at DS Swap or claim them in your SBID account if you bought them previously on Coinset pre-sale rounds.

4. Press the Invest button.

5. Enter the number of security tokens you want to receive. The right side will show an equivalent in USD. Click the Next button.

According to our calculations, to meet the minimum investment size of $100.00, you need to enter 45 SLX tokens as the number of tokens you want to purchase. The actual amount is $101.25, but if you enter 44 tokens, it will be $99.00, and the system will not allow you to proceed. However, you can’t enter a non-integer number of security tokens because security tokens can’t be divided. Hence this difference. Ensure you have $101.25 worth of SOULB tokens in your SBID wallet address.

6. The next step is to select the payment method. However, for SLX only Crypto transfer is available and selected by default, so you simply click the Next button.

7. See the Security Token Purchase Agreement (STPA). It is an official agreement between you and the Issuer, Stobox.

8. Click the Sign the document button to see the document with your unique code and digital signature and to sign the document with your wallet. It’s a free action.

9. On the payment page, you will click two buttons to invest. First, click the Approve button to approve you allow the SLX smart contract and take a specific number of SOULB from your wallet. Note the gas fee. The gas fee depends on the network conditions and the price of the BNB.

Do not send any tokens to the address you see on this page! This address is a different smart contract and does not send you back security tokens. Strictly follow the correct procedure via active buttons to receive your security tokens immediately after the transaction is completed.

10. In the MetaMask window, see the Custom spending cap request. Don’t worry. You don’t send anything at the moment. It is an approval transaction. Click the Next button.

Note: If you see the error message, please do not pay attention to it. It is a standard MetaMask warning since they don’t know all the billions of tokens that exist on the blockchain. Scroll the MetaMask window down to see the gas estimation and the buttons to proceed.

11. Wait for the transaction to complete.

12. When it is approved successfully, press the Confirm button to confirm sending SOULB tokens.

13. Press the Confirm sending button on the pop-up window.

14. Now confirm your action in MetaMask. This time, you will actually be sending your SOULB tokens.

Note the gas fee. The gas fee depends on the network conditions and the price of the BNB.

15. Wait for the transaction to complete.

Done! You have successfully bought SLX Revenue Share Security Tokens with your SOULB utility tokens. The SLX tokens have been sent to your whitelisted wallet address.
