The login process can be different depending on whether you are:

Registered but not verified

1. Enter your registered email address and password.

2. Check your inbox for a confirmation code. Copy and paste it to the DS Dashboard login page under the Confirmation code.

Note: Emails sometimes go to the Spam/Junk folder, Promotions, or Update folders. Make sure to check them, too. The confirmation code is valid for 2 minutes. If you missed it or it was delayed, click the Resend code link.

Registered and verified

During the identity verification process, it is required that you submit your wallet address. So, after you get approved, you have one more step to the login process, i.e., connecting your wallet.

See steps 1 and 2 from the above guideline.

3. After entering your login name (email) and password, choose your wallet and click the Connect your wallet button.

4. In your wallet, select the address you indicated during your identity verification process. Click the Next and then the Connect buttons on the wallet and the Connect with MetaMask Extension button on the platform.

If your MetaMask is on your phone, you can either import it to the desktop or use the Wallet Connect solution (see details below).

Registered and enabled 2FA protection (despite verification status)

If you enable the 2FA protection, you add an extra security layer to protect your account.

Also, you add another step to your login process.

Note: The confirmation code is valid for 2 minutes. The 2FA code is valid for 30 seconds.

Don’t use MetaMask

If you use other wallets, check if Wallet Connect can help by searching for your preferred wallet at their official website, https://explorer.walletconnect.com/.

1. Select the WalletConnect option and click the Connect your wallet button.

2. Select your favourite wallet to connect via the QR code or check which available wallets.

The wallet will show a pop-up message informing you that the website can see your address, account balance, and activity while you are connected and asking for your permission to connect to this site. This permission is necessary to act on the Dashboard.

3. Connect via QR code.

Log in from a mobile device

The login process is the same as on the desktop.
