1 Log in to your SBID account at https://sbid.io/.
2 Click your MetaMask icon and log in using your password for MetaMask, if you haven’t already. - Select the BNB Smart Chain network - If you have several addresses, select the address in your MetaMask where you want to have your SBID - Ensure you have enough BNB to pay the gas fee. The gas fee is flexible; however, if you find it too high or have doubts, don’t confirm it
3 Click the Connect your wallet button on the pop-up message or the SBID box.
4 If it is the first time you mint your SBID token, another pop-up message will ask you to Connect With MetaMask Extension. Click it.
5 Once your wallet address is connected, you will see the option to approve your wallet. It means the system will remember your address for an SBID token.
6 Click the purple Approve wallet address button or the green Approve button. Your wallet pops up. Click the Sign button to allow performing transactions on your MetaMask address. Approval is a free action.
7 You will see the Mint button once you approve the wallet address. Now you can mint your SBID.
8 Click the Mint button to start minting your personal identity token SBID.
9 Wait for the minting process to complete. Usually, it takes up to a minute. Once completed, you will see the screen as shown below.

- Email info@sbid.io in English from your SBID-registered address only. For security reasons, we can’t assist you if you contact us from any other email address.
- Everyone must contact us personally.
- If you don’t read or write English, use Google Translate, Deepl, or any other translation service. It allows us to speed up the process for you.
- Add as much information as possible. Send us your wallet address, and screenshots. Sometimes we will ask for a video. It allows us to quickly locate the issue and assist you in the best way.
- Stobox business hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM - 4 PM GMT/UTC in the summer and 8 AM - 5 PM GMT/UTC in the winter. Currently, we don’t provide support at weekends and public holidays.
